The Challenge

A B2B SaaS company hit a scaling wall at 1,000 concurrent users. Page loads exceeded 5 seconds, the database was the bottleneck, and AWS bills were climbing 30% month-over-month despite flat revenue. They needed a performance overhaul without disrupting existing customers.

Our Solution

We re-architected the platform: migrated from a monolith to microservices, implemented database read replicas and connection pooling, added Redis caching, moved to server-side rendering with Next.js, and optimized AWS infrastructure with reserved instances and auto-scaling.
