The Challenge

A Fortune 500 manufacturer relied on a 15-year-old custom ERP system built on .NET Framework and SQL Server. The system was fragile, impossible to modify, and required a team of 8 just to maintain. New feature requests took 6+ months.

Our Solution

Using the strangler fig pattern, we incrementally modernized the system: extracted core modules into Node.js microservices, migrated data to PostgreSQL, built new frontends in React, and wrapped legacy components with REST APIs. The migration took 8 months with zero production downtime.
